Luciano Ferlisi was born in Marsala (TP) on September 18th, 1992. He attended the Scientific High School of Marsala “Pietro Ruggieri” obtaining his diploma in 2011.
He graduated in La Sapienza University of Rome on March 16th 2017, with the final thesis in Comparative Private Law “Living Will e Testamento Biologico”, supervisor Prof. Guido Alpa.
He started to collaborate with Studio Legale Scoccini & Associati in November 2017.
He deals with civil, banking and competition law.
